The MI Resources Supply Chain Management team possesses adequate logistics intervention, with a working and well-tailored supply chain management system. Professional inspectors work closely with suppliers to verify that equipment and materials conform to the client’s specification and quality standards. We ensure that strict conformance to client specifications, efficient testing and reporting methods are also observed.

We have a competent workforce that ensures the timely and effective flow of goods and services along the chain. We operate the kaizen-style ideology which seeks proactive measures to continually improve the supply chain, and ensure all forms of deviations are reduced to the practicable industry minimums.

Our logistics (material distribution, dispatch, and deliveries) is about getting the right product to the right customer, in the right quantity, in the right condition at the right place, at the right time and at the right cost. We operate basically the (7) Rs of logistics.

Our Logistics services also include the conveying of materials already procured by our clients from the point of purchase to its end users.
